What happens if Sara gets something wrong?
Sara only answers from your home's knowledge base. If a question isn't covered, she doesn't improvise — she hands it to you and tells the guest a real person is on it. You can review every conversation.
How does she know things about my home?
You fill a knowledge base once — access codes, wifi, appliances, house rules, your favourite local spots. We turn it into Sara's memory. It takes an afternoon.
Will guests know it's an AI?
Sara is warm and human in tone, but we don't deceive. If a guest asks directly, we're honest that Sara is an AI concierge — and a real person is always one message away.
What about emergencies at night?
Anything urgent or dangerous — a gas smell, a leak, a lockout — is escalated to you instantly, and Sara reminds the guest to call 112 for real emergencies. She reassures; you act.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon for one home. Fill the knowledge base, print the QR, you're live. No installation, no app for guests.
Do I need any other software?
No. Sara works on WhatsApp out of the box — nothing for you to install, nothing for guests to download. You keep using whatever tools you already have.
Which languages does Sara speak?
30+, naturally. She replies in whatever language the guest writes in — Italian, English, German, Spanish, French and more.
How much does it cost?

Yes. Every conversation is saved and re-readable, so you always know what your guests asked and what Sara answered.
How do I delete my data?
Ask us and we delete it. A DPA is available, and we never use your guests' messages to train external models. See security & trust.
