Terms of Service

1. The service

Sara is an AI concierge that answers short-term-rental guest messages and escalates to the host when needed. Provided by Locals S.r.l. ("we"). By using Sara you ("the host") accept these terms.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate knowledge-base content.
• Have the right to share the guest data you upload.
• Handle escalations and emergencies — Sara assists, she doesn't replace you.
• Comply with WhatsApp Business policies and local law.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use. Sara is a hospitality assistant, not a general-purpose bot.

4. AI limitations

Sara answers from your knowledge base and can make mistakes. She is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or safety advice, and for emergencies guests should call local services (112 in the EU).

5. Fees

Fees, trial periods, payment terms and cancellation conditions are stated in the commercial offer accepted by the customer.

6. Data

Handled per our Privacy Policy. A DPA is available.

7. Liability

The service is provided according to the commercial agreement. Nothing on this website excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

Either party may end the service; you can export/delete your data on request.

9. Governing law

The governing law and competent court are defined in the commercial agreement, subject to mandatory law.
