1. What we collect

• Host account data (name, email, billing).
• Home knowledge base content you provide.
• Guest messages exchanged with Sara, to deliver the service.
• Basic usage/technical data (with consent for non-essential analytics).

2. Why we process it (legal bases)

• To provide Sara (contract).
• To keep the service secure and improve it (legitimate interest).
• Analytics and marketing (consent).

3. WhatsApp & processors

When the Sara service is activated, messaging and technical providers may process data as subprocessors. The applicable list is supplied to customers during onboarding.

4. AI processing

Sara generates replies using the information supplied by the host and the service providers configured for that customer.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, secure it and meet legal obligations. Customer-specific periods are defined in the applicable agreement.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante). Email us to exercise them.

7. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer must use an appropriate legal safeguard.

8. Cookies

This website stores language and consent preferences in local storage. It does not currently load analytics or advertising cookies. External font providers may receive standard connection data such as IP address and browser information.
